About Us

Brock founded Powerhouse Search Group in 2013. He spent his five previous years recruiting for a medical sales based search firm out of Arizona. His extensive recruiting experience has helped build premier teams for some of the top Fortune 500 companies to early stage start-ups. Before recruiting he was a top performer in outside sales, starting his career in selling shipping services and later progressing into medical sales. His understanding of what it’s like to be out in the field enables him to truly connect with the needs and desires of his clients and candidates. He built Powerhouse Search Group with the belief in high-integrity recruiting and the goal of setting the standard for the way it should be done. Brock resides in MT with his wife and 3 children and operates out of our Billings, MT office.

Becca joined Powerhouse Search Group in 2015. Becca spent her previous 10 years in Human Resources working for 2 reputable companies. Her hands-on experience in all areas of Human Resources has made her a highly effective recruiter at each stage of the interview process. Becca resides in MT with her husband and son and operates out of our Billings, MT office.

Vanessa joined Powerhouse Search Group in 2016. She spent the previous 12 years in medical device sales. She has been able to leverage this prior medical device sales and training experience to quickly connect with clients and candidates as a very respected resource. Her prior experience and relationships with Executives, Clinicians and Sales Representatives has enabled her to diversify into all aspects of healthcare recruiting. Vanessa resides in Texas with her husband and 4 children and operates out of our Houston, TX office.
